This 6 week introductory course will cover everything you need to know to start training calisthenics with us at Sequoia Movement. 

Discover, develop and progress your skills, master movements and ignite your passion for skills training. You will be coached in everything from handstands, muscle ups, straight arm and bent arm strength, pistol squats, gymnastics rings, bar work and much much more.
