Jack Buffery

Having coached people from all walks of life for over 10 years, Jacks main passion is helping people break though mental and physical barriers.

Working with the belief that a base level of strength in movement is the foundation of confidence, health and a better quality of life, Jack has coached hundreds of people to a point where they can expect great things from their bodies again.

Jack also believes that a strong sense of community around health and fitness can help people understand the bigger picture of leading an active lifestyle, and that it is an opportunity that should be open to everyone no matter where they are starting from.

Although he is now firmly embedded in the corporate wellness space where he does public speaking events, team building and challenges, all with a focus on resistance training, he will always remain a 1-1 coach at heart as that is where the passion comes from.
