Last week Sequoias Strongest Man @jimmycain93 comp

Last week Sequoias Strongest Man @jimmycain93 competed again, in the Navy Champs and once again, walked away with the highest total on the day with 755kg which is a 25kg PB and, more importantly, solidified himself as the strongest man EVER in the British Royal Navy 💪🫡

He achieved this total by way of a 285kg squat (5kg PB), a 195kg bench (10kg PB), and a 275kg deadlift (equal PB) going 9 for 9 and finally putting all of his best lifts on the platform at the same time!🙌

Well done Jimmy!!
