Choose from our wide ranges of payment options via our goteamup Booking app, from monthly direct debit memberships, single class passes and multi-class bundles buys.

1.2 Parking: Please ensure you leave plenty of time to find suitable parking.
The car park area outside the venue is shared between Sequoia Movement and the Boxing Club next door. Sequoia Movement has 5 designated car parking spaces only outside the front of the venue. These spaces are available as first come, first serve. Please do not park in front of the Boxing Club. Should there be no spaces available you can find alternative parking on nearby residential roads. Should you be unsure please come in and check with us.
1.3 How to Book: All our classes require prior booking via our goteamup booking app. Please try to arrive a little early to be ready for the sesion and settle in. Please note: we are unable to accept students into the class who are over 10minutes late.
1.4 Private Sessions and 1-2-1 Coaching: Looking for a little extra? We offer private sessions for 1-2-1 as well as personalised programs for any skill or goal. Interested?

1.5 What to wear: You are more than welcome to wear shoes within our Strength Room but our Movement room has a no shoes policy. Should you be signed up to an aerials class – close fitting clothing, tops that cover your midwrith and long leggings covering your knees is recommended. Please note: jewellery and items of clothing with buckles and zips can not be worn on the aerial silks.

FEELING NERVOUS ABOUT STARTING – WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED
Book a Fundamentals session with us.
We now offer a 60 minute personal training session for every new member at just £10.
This is a chance to have one of our expert coaches take you through everything you should expect from training at Sequoia, from core movements to warm ups and drills.

Please Note: 1. Fundamental Sessions are available for new members only. 2. Sessions must be booked and used within 30 days from the membership purchase date. 3. Sessions are non transferable or refundable.
