BAR MUSCLE UP: WORKSHOP

Whether your goal is to challenge yourself and learn something fun and different, or help refine your training to better compete in Calisthenics or Crossfit, this 90 minute workshop will be a deep dive into the mobility, strength and drills you should be developing to help you achieve or clean up your Bar Muscle Up.
Throughout the session you will be taken through:
1. Warm up, prep and mobility exercises to ensure longevity within your training and quest to master this skill.
2. The most effective drills that break down the final movement of the Bar Muscle up provided in a logical sequence.
3. Strength including specific exercises and coaching advise to help develop your strength for bar muscle-up.
To note:
– Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing to train in.
– Videos of our coaches and instruction will not be allowed but students are welcome to take notes and film themselves.
Pre-requisites.
– It is highly recommended that participants are able to complete 5 unbroken strict BW pull-ups and dips to get the most from this workshop.
